Hello friends: I am looking to begin and grow a Tai-Chi group in the greater Bristol area. We will begin with basic Tai-Chi, learning a simple and easy to follow form. After we've gone through that form we will move on to a intermediate Yang form and begin working on Qigong, and Push Hands. I working with Qigong and Push Hands we will develop sensitivity to energy and do simple exercises only, we will NOT do competitive push hands. I offer Tai Chi Chuan/Taijiquan classes on Tuesdays evenings as well as Wednesday and Friday Mornings for those who cannot attend our Tuesday evening class. Class consists of Qi Gong warm ups and then instruction and practice of the Tai Chi Short Form.
